“Lauren has been a valued member of the Spinach team since October 2016. While we don’t throw titles around at Spinach her role has been described as Digital Designer, moving to a Senior Digital Designer over her more than 7 years service. But she’s been asked to do more than that at times both internally as a member of the Social Committee and also a valued voice on the Better Ways of Working committee. Blessed with huge doses of integrity, common sense, forward thinking and humility, Lauren has carved out great relationships with her colleagues and has become a trusted advisor in the digital space for our clients. She communicates clearly and logically, has a good sense of customer service, even though that’s not what she’s directly employed to do. She comes across as knowing her ‘stuff’ and can explain it to every level of understanding in the audience she may need to educate. Adherence to deadlines and project management are inherent strengths as is time management. She’s got a great sense of fun, and a great ‘can do’ attitude. Lauren is also good at speaking her mind when that’s required which is a sign of her commercial maturity. While we are sorry to see Lauren departing Spinach, we also know she’s basically outgrown our business and the reason we brought her in.  She embarks upon her next chapter with our blessing.
