The goal of Mr Chens was to deliver a multifaceted digital experience that presented them as brand leaders in the Asian supermarket category and help them become a “hub” of recipe content and dinner inspiration, whilst infusing their quirky brand personality throughout the site.

This project included a UX overhaul to improve from the previous websites, content ideation, illustration, stop motion animations, a food photoshoot; and a new UI brand direction that tied in with the updated product packaging.

The new website is a hub of cooking inspiration and brand storytelling, that is designed to keep users engaged in the content for longer and inspire confidence in home cooks across Australia.
